STICK TABLE
2003Stick Table evolved out of experiments with traditional Japanese joinery. A unique locking tenon joint allows three pieces of wood to be joined at 120 degree angles. The joint is repeated throughout the table resulting in a symmetrical branching form which supports a 1/2" piece of hardened glass. Stick Table was first exhibited during Tokyo Designers Block in 2003.
